Muhogo wa Rojo
Ingredients:
Boiled cassava
Tomatoes..blended
Chili powder
Green chili
Lemon juice
Salt
Garlic salt or fresh garlic that has been crushed
Paprika
Oil

Method:
In a pot, add the oil and cook the tomatoes along with everything except the cassava.
Once the tomato mixture is well cooked, add the cassava and mix well. Add some water to the cassava and mix well.
Let the cassava simmer until everything is well incorporated.
