Mikate ya yoghurt na Dania
4 cups flour
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup yoghurt
Ground black pepper
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp yeast
In a mixer add everything and mix well until a soft sticky dough is formed. If the dough is hard add some more coconut milk and knead until you get a somewhat sticky dough.
Now oil your hands and form the dough into a ball.
Cover the ball and let it rest until doubled in size.
Now shape the ball into medium size balls and let them rise again.
Once risen, roll out each ball and cook them like naan or chapati.
Serve the mikate with curries.
