Ingredients:
4 2/3 cups atta
2 1/3 cups white flour
1 cup white sugar
750 gms jaggery sugar
2 tbsp cardamom
2 tbsp ground Cinnamon
2 tbsp black seeds
500 to 750 gms ghee
8 eggs
3 tbsp ghee
Ingredients:

Method:
In a large bowl, add the both the flour (white and atta),
sugar, cardamom, cinnamon, black seeds and mix well.
Then in a pot break down the jaggery into pieces and add the 3 tablespoons of ghee put on medium heat just to melt the jaggery sugar.Let it cool down.
Add the jaggery mixture to the flour mixture and mix well.
Next add the eggs and mix everything well.
Add the ghee and mix.
Place the mixture in a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Make designs on the top of the cake using a fork.
Bake in the oven for about 1 hr 30 min.
Let cool completely before removing from pan.
