Sugar to taste
*For every two eggs, use a quarter cup of milk or less.
*The sugar and salt should balance well so add them in a way that one does not overpower the other.
Mix everything and beat well.

Oil for cooking
In a frying pan add some oil not a lot but enough to cook the french toast.
Now take a slice of bread and coat it with the beaten egg mixture then place it on the frying pan and cook both sides until golden, crispy and everything is fully cooked.
Repeat the process with the remaining slices of bread.
Sprinkle some cinnamon powder as soon as you remove the french toast from the pan.
Enjoy it as a breakfast treat or top it up with different toppings and enjoy it as a dessert or snack.
