Dill Chicken Curry

Dill Chicken Curry:
Chicken pieces
Dry dill
Salt
Ground cumin
Ground black pepper
Turmeric
Curry powder
Mayonnaise
Marinate the chicken with above spices and shallow fry the chicken both sides until fully cooked, or shallow fry the chicken until crispy outside then bake in the oven until fully cooked.

For the Sauce:
Tomatoes
Garlic powder
Ground cumin
Turmeric
Curry powder
Mayonnaise
Yoghurt
Tomato paste
In a blender add these ingredients and blend until smooth
Now take a pot and add oil to it and place it on a medium heat stove.
Other ingredients
Chopped coriander
Lemon juice
Dry dill
Pour the blended tomato mixture and cook until the oil almost starts to separate from the mixture then add the cooked chicken and mix well.
Next add coriander and mix well.
Sprinkle some dry dill and mix well.
Once the curry is fully cooked, remove from the stove and serve it with rice or breads.
