Basbousa Cups

2 cups semolina flour
1 cup milk powder
1 cup oil
1/4 cup milk
1 tin condensed milk
3 tbsp sugar
Mix everything well and place pour in a cupcake pan, top with nuts if desired and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes at 300 degrees.

For syrup:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Bring to a boil, then after boiling, let it cook for a few minutes. Once the sugar begins to become sticky, remove and let it cool.
Pour the cooled syrup over warm basbousa cup, you can even make cuts on top of the basbousa cups so that the syrup can go into the basbousa as well and not just over top.
