Tandoori n Periperi Chicken
Chicken legs
Tandoori masala
Cumin powder
Lemon juice
Lemon pepper salt
Ground black pepper
Periperi sauce
Some vegetable oil enough just to bind the ingredients together
Marinate the chicken with all the above ingredients except the periperi sauce and bake until fully cooked.
Turn the oven off and brush the cooked chicken with the periperi sauce or any chosen sauce and let the sauce coat in the chicken with whatever heat left from the oven.
Brush the sauce on both sides of the chicken.
Remove from the oven and serve as a main dish to salads or rice.
