Cinnamon Cake

Cinnamon Cake:
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla sugar or vanilla essence
3/4 cup oil
1/4 cup milk
1 and a quarter cup flour
Ground cinnamon

Beat the eggs, sugar and baking powder at high speed until fluffy, then reduce the speed to low and add the oil and the milk, continue beating for a minute. Then still at low add the flour in two additions mixing well after each addition.
Stop the mixer and scrape out the sides and bottom and continue mixing.
Pour three quarter of the batter in a prepared baking sheet and add cinnamon to the remaining batter and mix well.
Now add the cinnamon batter into the plain batter and use a butter knife to mix it in gently using swirling motion.
Now bake at 350 degrees oven for about 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the cake cool before cutting it.
Enjoy it with a cup of tea.
