Visheti vya Carrots
Visheti Vya Carrots:
3 cups flour
Three quarter cup melted butter
Three quarter cup water
Sugar to taste
1 cup shredded carrots
1 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
In a mixer add all the ingredients except water and mix.
Now add the water in parts until you get a soft pliable dough.
Roll out the dough into desired thickness and cut into desired shapes or small rectangles.
Deep fry the visheti until golden brown.
Let the vishete cool and coat them with icing sugar.
