Potato Stir Fry


Potato Stir Fry:
Sliced potatoes
Sliced carrots
Diced coloured bell peppers
Chopped Corainder
Cooking oil
Garlic powder
Lemon n pepper salt
Curry powder
Turmeric powder
Sumac (optional)

In a pot, add the potatoes and mix with some salt and garlic salt. Mix well.
Next add the oil and cook the potatoes on medium high heat stirring once in a while so they don’t stick.
Next add the carrots before the potatoes start getting soft.
Once the potatoes are kin of soft, add the bell peppers and the remaining spices and mix well.
When the potatoes are tender, add the chopped coriander and turn the stove of. Mix in the coriander and serve this dish with breads or rice.
