Visheti vya chumvi:
3 cups flour
2 tbsp margarine or butter
Ground black pepper
Ajwain seeds..optional but they add an amazing taste and flavour
1 and a third cups waterMethod:
In a mixer, add all the ingredients except water and mix.
Then add water in parts until you get a soft dough.
Note: You might not use all the water.
Now roll the dough and cut it out into strips, then into small pieces.
Deep fry the dough pieces until golden brown.
Serve the visheti with tea or coffee.
