Pumpkin Spice Chai









Pumpkin Spice Chai:
Chai ya Malenge:
2 cups milk
1 and a half tbsp sugar or to suit your taste
Ground ginger
Ground cinnamon
A quarter cup pumpkin puree
2 teabags
In a pot, add all the ingredients except the teabags.
Bring to a boil stirring occasionally.
Once it comes to a boil, add the teabags turn the stove off and let the chai cook with whatever heat is left from the stove but keeping an eye on it so it doesn’t spill.
Remove the teabags and pour the chai in a serving tea glass, mug or cup.
Sprinkle some ground cinnamon on top to garnish.
Serve hot.
