Pumpkin Scones









Pumpkin Scones:
3 cups flour
1 cup pumpkin puree
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp yeast
1 tbsp baking powder
Half a cup water
A quarter tsp salt

In a mixer add everything except water, mix well.
Then add the water and mix until you get a soft somewhat sticky but firm dough.
Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes, then divide it into 12 balls. Let the balls rest and puff up.
Once puffed up, brush with egg wash and bake in a 350 degrees oven for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
