Corn cooked in Coconut Sauce:
Ingredients:
Corn
Salt
Chilli powder
Curry powder
Turmeric powder
Thick coconut milkMethod:
Boil the cook in water until they are half cooked.
Now drain the corn and put the corn back in the pot.
Pour coconut milk to the pot with corn along with the remaining ingredients.
Cook until the coconut milk has reduced and thickened to desired thickness.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
