Steamed Beef Wontons
Steamed Beef Wontons:
A wonton is a type of dumpling commonly found in a number of Chinese cuisines.
Ingredients:
Wonton wrappers
Cooked keema (cooked Minced meat) Like the one you make for samosas.
Water for sealing the wontons.Method:
Fill the wrappers with keema and seal them into a triangle shapes using water.
Steam the filled wontons and keep them aside.
For the sauce:
You need pasta sauce, some ol for cooking the sauce and chopped coriander.
In a pan add the oil, pasta sauce and cook until cooked.
Now add the steamed wontons and cook them until they coat well with the sauce.
Once cooked add the chopped coriander.
Serve them as appetizers, snack or even as a meal.
