Oreo Block Cakes








Oreo Mini Block Cakes: 
-2/3 cups softened margarine
-1/2 tsp salt
-1 tsp vanilla sugar
-4 eggs
-1 and a half cups sifted flour
-1 and a quarter cups icing sugar (if you don’t have icing sugar just take regular sugar and give it a rough blend in a coffee grinder)
-3/4 cup milk mix with 1 tsp white vinegar to make buttermilk.
-1 tbsp baking powder
-2 tbsp crushed oreo cookies

In a blender, add the eggs, buttermilk, icing sugar and mix well until smooth.
In a mixer add all the remaining ingredients except the flour and crushed oreos, mix well.
Now pour the egg mixture into the mixer and mix well. Add the flour and mix. Add the crushed oreos into the mixer and gently mix.
Now pour the mixture in a mini block pan with square holes with baking square paper liners in the tray.
Bake in a 350 degrees oven for about 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let them cool before decorating them with icing and crushed oreos.
