Sandwich Cookies

Sandwich Cookies:
1 cup margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 tbsp milk
2 1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
A few drops of pink or red food colour
A few drops of brown food colour

In a mixer, beat margarine and sugar.
Add vanilla sugar, milk, salt and continue beating.
Now add the flour, a little at a time.
Shaping the cookies:
Divide the dough into two.
Add red/pink food colour to make pink dough and add the brown colour to the remaining dough to make brown dough.
Add 1 tbsp of milk to each dough and mix well.
You can shape the cookies using a piping bag and rose tip like the brown ones or make balls and use a fork to press on the balls to flatten them like the pink ones.
Place them in a baking sheet and bake them for about 25 to 25 minutes (350 degrees oven).
Remove from the oven when ready and let them cool.
Put some icing around one cookie and cover with another cookie to make a sandwich.
