Beef Mishkaki









Beef Mishkaki:
Boneless beef cut into cubes
Ground cumin
Ground black pepper
Red chilli powder (optional)
Curry powder (optional)
2 tbsp papaya paste or grated raw papaya
3 tbsp vegetable oil
Lemon juice

Marinate the beef with all the above ingredients for about half an hour or more depending on how tough your beef cut is. Then put the marinated beef cubes in the skewer and cook them on a stove in a lightly oiled frying pan, cook all the sides until the mishkakis are well cooked.
You can also cook them on a charcoal bbq stove.
Serve them with ukwaju cauce and a side of salad or fries.
