Crab Sushi:
Sushi without the taste of seaweed.
Ingredients:
Cooked crab meat
Cucumbers cut into somewhat thin strips..remove the centre flesh of the cucumber.
Cooked sticky rice
Rice paper
Vinegar

Method:
Add a tablespoon or two of vinegar into the rice and mix well.
In a container, add some warm water, then take a rice paper and dip it in the water for a few seconds(or follow the rice paper’s instruction), then place the rice paper on a parchment paper.
Now add some rice in the middle and spread it to almost the end of the rice paper. Do not overfill as it will give you trouble when folding.
Now place a piece of cucumber on top of the rice and add some crab meat on top as well. Now fold the rice paper filled with the rice, cucumber and crab meat using the parchment paper as an aid to guide you in folding.. After being dipped in water the rice paper will be very delicate. So carefully wrap the sushi using the parchment paper.
Try to roll as tightly as you can.
Then remove the parchment paper and carefully cut the roll into small pieces.
Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.
Serve the sushi with a variety of sauce.
Can be served at room temperature or cold.
Enjoy!!
