Meatballs in Coconut Sauce
MeatBalls in Coconut Sauce:
2 lbs minced meat (keema)
Ground black pepper
1 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
Mix the above ingredients with the keema and shape into balls.
You also need:
1 can coconut milk
1 can pasta sauce or 1 and a half cups crushed tomatoes.
Oil for cooking the meatballs.
Cumin powder (optional)
In a frying pan, add some oil and place the meat balls.
Cook the meat balls until they are well cooked.
Now add the pasta sauce, spices and herbs and mix well.
Let the sauce and meatballs cook for a few minutes.
Then add the coconut milk and let the meatball sauce simmer.
The sauce is ready to be served.
Serve with rice, chapati or pasta.
