1 onion..diced
1/2 cup crushed tomatoes
8 diced tomatoes
Turmeric powder
Salt
1 tbsp cumin powder
Chopped coriander
Oil
1 lb beef
1 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
1 tsp curry powder
Peeled potatoes (optional)

Method:
In a pot add the meat, ginger/garlic paste, salt and cover with water, then boil until the meat is tender..Keep aside.
Now take another pot, place it on a medium heat stove, add some oil in the pot and cook the onion until soft, then add the tomatoes and continue cooking. Then add the spices, curry powder and the garlic powder. If you choose to add potatoes then you can add them now.
Continue cooking for a few minutes and then add the boiled meat with some of it’s broth, or all of the meat’s broth depending on how thick or thin you want the curry to be.
Cook until the curry is well incorporated and well cooked. Turn the stove off and add the coriander to the curry..Taste for salt.
Serve with rice or chapati.
Enjoy!!
