Ingredients for the cake:
4 slices of bread lightly toasted
1 tbsp baking powder
3 tbsp sour cream
1/2 cup whipping cream or heavy cream
In a food processor, add all the ingredients and blend until nice and smooth.
Place a parchment paper in a small baking sheet and pour the mixture.
Level the mixture to even it around.
Now bake it at 350 degrees for about 10 to minutes minutes.
Let the cake cool a bit.
For the meat filling:
-About 2 cups cooked keema/minced meat(cook the keema like the one used in samosa)
-3 tbsp mayonnaise
Place these ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Now spread the meat filling and gently fold the cake into a log covering the filling. The cake is very delicate so fold it very gently.
Cover the cake log in aluminium foil and refrigerate for an hour.
Then cut into slices and serve it with lemon slices. It can also be served cold.
