Black Seed Flatbread

Black Seed FlatBread:
3 cups flour
1 tbsp yeast
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp black seed or habbe soda/kalonji seeds
1 and a half cup water

In a mixer add everything except water, mix well then add the water and continue mixing until you get a soft but sticky dough.
Oil your hand and shape the dough into a ball.
Cover and let the ball rise.
Once risen, divide the ball into six balls.
Now oil your hands again and flatten each ball out to desired thickness and shape and place them in a baking sheet. I baked two bread in each baking sheet.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 7 to 10 minutes or until golden in the bottom, then remove the sheet and place the uncooked side of the breads on the oven rack and continue baking for another 7 to 10 minutes.
Repeat the process with the uncooked breads.
Enjoy with curries or tea.
