About 40 shrimp
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
1 tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup oil
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
In a large frying pan, add the oil and place the pan on a medium heat stove.
Next add all the ingredients and gently stir the shrimp.
Then reduce the heat to medium low and continue cooking until the shrimp is fully cooked.
Remove from heat and place it in a serving plate and garnish with lemon wedges or coriander.
