Chicken 65








2 boneless chicken breast..cut into big pieces
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp tandoori masala
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 tbsp corn flour
1 and a half tbsp yoghurt
1/2 tsp ground cumin

Marinate the chicken with all the above spices.
Deep or shallow fry the chicken until the chicken is well cooked.
Remove the chicken from the oil and keep it aside.

You also need:
1 slice onion
curry powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp whole cumin
Green chilies
1/3 cup oil
In a large frying pan, add the oil, then cook the onion until they begin to sweat then add the spices and continue cooking.
Next add the cooked chicken and mix well.
Eventually add the coriander and chilies and mix.
Serve the chicken as an appetizer.
