Sprinkle Cupcakes
Sprinkle Cupcakes:
Ingredients:
-2/3 cups softened margarine
-1/2 tsp salt
-1 tsp vanilla sugar
-4 eggs
-1 and a half cups sifted flour
-1 and a quarter cups castor sugar (if you don’t have castor sugar just take regular sugar and give it a rough blend in a coffee grinder)
-3/4 cup milk mix with 1 tsp white vinegar to make buttermilk.
-1 tbsp baking powder
-1/2 cup coloured candy sprinkles..he ones used to decorate cupcakes.Method:
In a blender, add the eggs, buttermilk, castor sugar and mix well until smooth.
In a bowl add all the remaining ingredients including sprinkles and mix well.
Now pour the egg mixture to the flour mixture and mix well with a spatula.
Now pour the mixture in a cupcake tray with cupcake baking cups in the tray.
Bake in a 350 degrees oven for about 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let them cool before decorating them..
