Sour Cream Mini Cakes

Sour Cream Mini Cakes:
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
1 egg

Method:
In a bowl, add flour, salt, baking soda and mix.
In another bowl, add the sour cream, sugar, oil, egg and mix well until smooth.
Pour the sour cream mixture into the flour mixture and mix well.
Put the batter in a piping bag or you can use a spoon, but I find piping bag is easier to use.
Now grease your mini cake pan (you can use any pan like cupcake pan, donut pan).
Now pipe out the batter into the mini cakes pan holes and give it a tap to let the batter settle.
Bake in a 350 degrees oven for about 14 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Then turn the oven to broil to give the top a golden colour.
Once ready, remove them from the oven and let them cool completely before removing them from the pan.
You can coat them with icing sugar or serve them plain.
