2 cups flour
3/4 cup custard powder
3/4 cup icing sugar
1 cup margarine or butter..softened butterMethod:
In a bowl, add the flour, custard powder and mix well.
In another bowl, add the margarine, mix it smooth then add the icing sugar and mix well.
Now add the egg to the margarine mixture and mix well until smooth. Use a wooden spoon or spatula for mixing.
Now mix in the flour mixture into the margarine mixture in parts and mix well.
Now take the dough and divide it into small balls any size you want. Roll each ball smooth and then coat the smoothened balls into a bowl of regular sugar.
Place the coated balls in a baking sheet.
Now take a fork and press the balls using the back of the fork to give them nice marks and flatten them a bit.
Bake them in a 350 degrees oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
But if your cookies are smaller cook them for about 12 minutes only.
Let the cookies cool before storing them.
