Chicken Square Kebabs
Kabab squares:
Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken keema
1 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
Salt to taste
coriander (chopped)
Mix all the ingredients and cook the keema until it’s well cooked and there is no liquid left.
Take a baking tray big enough to fit the keema and small enough to get a nice thickness on the keema after it’s cooked, add the keema to the tray.
Next you need 6 eggs (beaten).
Add the 4 beaten eggs to the keema and gently mix the eggs into the keema.
Gently press the keema mixture down.
Garnish the top with bell pepper rings or anything you like, this is optional. Then pour the remaining 2 beaten eggs over the top of the keema and the bell peppers.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 to 60 minutes.
Remove from oven and let it rest.
Cut into square and place the squares in a serving plate.
Enjoy!!!
