Rice Flour Pudding








2 cups cream (I used half and half cream)..Instead of cream you can use milk.
1 cup milk
3 cups water
5 to 7 tbsp rice flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp rose water

In a pot add half of the water.
Then add milk, cream, sugar to the water and bring it to a boil.
While the milk is boiling, take a bowl, add the rice flour and the remaining water. Mix very well.
When the milk comes to a boil, add the rice flour n water mixture to the milk and use a whisk to mix it in so it doesn’t form any lumps.
Keep stirring so it doesn’t form any lumps and at this point add in the rose water, mixing it in well. Let the pudding cool before pouring in individual serving bowls.
Garnish the pudding with nuts, almonds or even dates.
Serve it cold.
If the pudding is thin add more rice flour and if the pudding is thick add in more milk.
