Mango pulp..I used one can mango pulp
Sugar to taste
A pinch of cardamom
Two heaping scoops of vanilla ice cream
1 and a third litres of milk
In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
You can top each serving with whip cream.
*The thickness of the Lassi will be determined by the amount of milk you add. If you like it thick, then reduce the amount of milk.
You can also add some yoghurt if you like but reduce the amount of milk, if adding yoghurt.
