Stuffed Dates

STUFFED DATES
Ingredients:
1/3 cup almond meal
1/3 cup icing sugar
1 tbsp rose water
1 tbsp milk powder
1 tbsp milk
Crushed pistachio
Whole pistachio
Dates (preferably hard dates)

Method:
In a bowl, add the almond meal, icing sugar, rose water, milk powder and milk. Mix well to form a somewhat thick paste. Now take the date remove the core, then cut the date length wise then remove the seeds. Now take the whole pistachio and stuff 2 or 3 in each date. Then take the almond paste mixture and place it over the top of the dates to cover the pistachios. Sprinkle the crushed pistachio over the stuffed dates.
