Matobosha
Ingredients:
2 cups water
2 1/2 cups flour
Method:
Pour the 2 cups of water in a pot and place on a medium high heat stove.
Once the water begins to bubble at the bottom of the pot, turn the stove off and remove the pot from the stove and immediately add the flour, stir and mix the flour with water to form a heavy dough, try to avoid big lumps.
Next knead the by dough by either hand or mixer, add about 1 tbsp of oil to help you knead the dough, if you are kneading by hand be careful as the dough will be hot at this point.
Next cut the dough into sections and then roll each section into strips and cut each strip into balls or small pieces.
Next take each ball or strip and roll it into a smooth round shape and then press one side of the ball to make a deep hollow shape.
Repeat with the remaining pieces.

Sugar
After all the pieces are shaped, place them in a pot and cover them with coconut milk, then add sugar and the ground cardamom.
