Mac & Cheese
1 packet elbow macaroni pasta..Cook the pasta according to the packet’s instruction. After cooking keep aside.
For the sauce:
2 and a half cups of milk
1 and a half cups cream (I used half and half cream)..you can replace the cream with milk.
1 cup shredded mozzarella.. you can use cheddar
Ground black pepper
1 and a half to 3 tbsp flourMix all the above sauce ingredients (except the cheese) and cook until it starts to thicken. Remember to stir so it doesn’t stick.
Once it’s thick add the cheese and stir in the cheese until well incorporated then remove the sauce from the stove.
Now pour the sauce in to the cooked elbow pasta and mix well. The mac n cheese is ready to be served.
