Avocado & Dates Shake

AVOCADO N DATES SHAKE:
Ingredients:
2 avocados..cut and remove the seeds
10 dates..remove the pits
Milk

Method:
Remove the avocado flesh and place it in a blender along with the milk and dates.
Blend until smooth.
Serve chilled.
The thickness of the shake will depend on how much milk you add, so it’s personal preference.
No need to add sugar as the dates act as sweetener.
