Tandoori Chicken
TANDOORI CHICKEN:
Ingredients:
4 lbs chicken legs
1 tomato..diced
1 medium size onion..chopped
Coriander..chopped
Curry powder
Cumin powder
4 cloves of garlic
1 chopped fresh ginger
Lemon juice
Salt
Ground black pepper
Chili powder
Tandoori masala
1 tbsp yoghurt
1/4 cup oil
Method:
Add all the ingredients in a blender (except the chicken) and blend to make a smooth paste.
Marinate the chicken with the paste and bake it in a 450 degrees oven until the chicken is well cooked. Remember to turn the chicken so it cooks evenly.
