GreenGram (pojo) Filling
1 cup boiled and drained green gram (do not over boil)
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp ajwain seeds
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 ginger finely diced
1/4 cup oilMethod:
Heat up the oil in a frying pan and add the ginger.
Cook the ginger for a few seconds then add the spices.
Then immediately add the cooked and drained green gram and mix well.
The filling is ready, let it cool before using.
You can use the filling for kachoris, filled chapatis etc..
