VIBIBI: 2 cups rice soaked overnight 3/4 cup coconut powder 1/2 a cup sugar 1 tbsp yeast 2tbsp flour 1/4 tsp ground cardamom 1 egg 1 cup of water METHOD: Wash the soaked rice and drain the water away. put the rice and all the ingredients in a blender and blend till the mixture is crushed into very tiny pieces. Put the mixture in a bowl and let it puff up. once puffed up,on medium heat, take a small non stick pan and put a little bit of ghee, put a whole ladle full of mixture into the pan and cover it with a lid just for a minute. Take off the lid and again put some ghee and flip. Repeat this with the remaining mixture. Enjoy them with a cup of tea for breakfast or afternoon tea.
