2 lbs beef cut into pieces
3 green chilies
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp curry powder (optional)
1/2 tsp ground mixed spices
3 stalks green onions..diced
1/3 cup oil
1 tbsp ginger/garlic pasteMethod:
In a pot, the meat with salt, water and ginger/garlic paste.
Boil the meat until it is about 60% cooked the remove from the stove and keep it aside.
In another pot, add the oil and cook the onions until soft then add the spices and green chilies.
Next add the meat without the broth and mix well.
Then add a little bit of the broth from the meat to help the meat cook to perfection.
Once the meat is soft, do not add any more broth.
Finally add the coriander and turn the stove off.
Serve the meat as a side dish.
