3 cups flour
1/2 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoon ghee
1 1/2 cups water
Extra ghee for cooking

Mix all the ingredients except water.
Mix the ingredients well and then add water a little at a time.
If the mixture is hard add a little bit of water if it’s soft add some flour.Knead till you get a soft dough.
Roll the dough flat and add some extra ghee on top.
Roll and fold like you are making cinnamon rolls.
cut into 7 or 8 pieces and press the pieces with your fingers to shape.
Now roll individual chapatis.
Place a frying pan on a stove on medium high heat.
Place the chapati and cook. Flip the other side and toss around with a paper towel.Add ghee and flip again to add ghee on the other side.Repeat with all the chapatis. Enjoy.
