Braid Buns

Braid Buns:
3 cups flour
1 cup plus 2 tbsp water
2 tbsp milk powder
2 tbsp oil
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp yeast

In a mixer, add all the ingredients except water.
Mix for a minute and then add the water.
Mix well until you get a soft dough.
Let the dough rest.
Once puffed up, divide the dough into about six or seven balls.
Now take each ball, divide it into two, then roll those two pieces
into equal size somewhat thick ropes.
Then join the one end of each rope and twist the two ropes to make
a twisted braid.
Now repeat this twisting process with the remaining balls.
When all the balls have been twisted or braided, let them rest and puff up.
Once puffed up, brush the with egg wash, then sprinkle some sesame seeds on top
and bake them in a 350 degree oven until golden brown.
These buns goes well with soups, curries or even tea.
