Mini Square Flat Breads

Mini Square Flat bread:
Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 tbsp yeast
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp yoghurt
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup plus 1 tbsp water

Method:
In a mixer, add all the ingredients except water and mix well.
Next add the water and mix well to form a soft but firm dough.
Let the dough rest and puff up.
Once risen, roll the dough out to a thickness of chapati or a bit
thinner.
Then take a any square container and cut the rolled dough into square shapes.
Repeat shaping with any left dough.
Keep the square on a floured sheet and cover.
Let them puff up a bit.
Then take a non stick pan, spread a little bit of ghee or butter and cook the
square on both sides until cooked.
Repeat the cooking process with all the uncooked squares.
Serve the breads hot or warm.
