Spaghetti Spring Rolls









Spaghetti Filling:
1 and a half cups cooked plain spaghetti
1 red bell pepper..cubed
1 yellow bell pepper..cubed
1 large onion..diced
1 cup mixed frozen vegetables
1/3 cup oil
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
A pinch of ajwain seeds
Salt and 1 cup shredded carrots

In a non stick pan, add the oil and cook the onion.
Once the onions are soft, add the remaining ingredients
except the spaghetti.
Mix the mixture well.
Then add the spaghetti and mix well.
Remove the mixture from the stove and allow it to cool
before using it..
Use it in spring rolls.
You also need:
Oil for deep frying
Spring roll pastries
Water and flour mixed to make glue.

Separate the spring roll pastries, for each spring roll use two sheets of pastries.
Then put in the filling and wrap the spring rolls using the water/flour glue.
After wrapping all the spring rolls, deep fry them until golden brown.
