Dill Bread









Dill Bread:
3 cups flour
1 tbsp yeast
1 tbsp baking powder
3 and a half tbsp sugar
4 tbsp coconut  powder
4 tbsp  yoghurt
1/3 cup dill (herb)
1 and a third cup water

In a mixer, add all the ingredients except water and dill.
Mix well and then add water. First add 1 cup of water, mix well.
Then add the remaining 1/3 cup of water and mix well.
Next add the dill and mix.
Cover and let the batter rise.
Once risen, pour the batter into a baking pan and let it rise again.
Once risen, bake in in a 350 degree oven for about half an hour.
After 30 minutes, check to see if the bread is ready by inserting a toothpick or cake tester,
if it comes out not sticky, then the bread is ready.
Let the bread completely cool before cutting it.
