Cottage Cheese n Spinach Triangles
3 cups flour
3 tbsp yoghurt
1 tbsp yeast
1 tbsp baking powder
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup oil
Mix all these ingredients to make a soft but firm dough.
Let the dough rise.For the filling:
1 pound spinach
Cut the spinach and boil it until cooked.
Next let the spinach cool, then drain away any water from the spinach.
You also need:
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 cup oil
3 tbsp cottage cheese
1 beaten egg for sealing the triangles.
In a pan, add the oil and cook the onions.
Next add the spinach along with the spices.
Mix well and cook for a minute and turn the stove off.
Immediately add the cottage cheese and mix well.
Let the filling cool.
Once the dough has risen, roll the dough out into a sheet and cut
circles using a cookie cutter.
Now egg wash the ends of each circle.
Next fill the circles with the filling, but remember not to overfill.
