Grilled Cheese Bread


Grilled Cheese Bread:
3 cups flour
3 tbsp milk powder
3 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp yeast
1 tbsp baking powder
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup water

In a mixer, add all the ingredients except water and mix.
Then add water in parts until you get a soft, firm dough..You might not need to use all the 1 cup of water, so be careful when adding the water..
Let the dough rest and puff up.
Once puffed up, divide the dough into 12 to 14 balls and let the balls puff up.
…For the filling you need thin short shavings of cheese..

Once risen roll each dough and place some of the cheese on one side and fold the other side over the side with cheese to seal it and make a semi circle..Grill on both side and repeat with the remaining balls..
Serve warm..
