Crab Cakes

Crab Cakes:
1 packet cooked crab meat or about 1 and a half cups of the crab meat.
1/2 cup yoghurt
3/4 cup bread crumbs
3 stalks of green onion..diced
1/2 of yellow or red bell pepper
Oil for fryingMethod:
In a food processor, add all the ingredients except the oil.
Mix until you get a smooth mixture.
Shape the mixture into nice round shape and deep fry them until golden brown.
Serve them with lemon wedges
