Apple Chutney


Apple Chutney:
2 apples (granny smith apples), peeled, cored and cubed
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup sugar
Lemon juice of half a lemon
1/2 tsp salt
Lemon zest of half a lemon

In a pot, add all the ingredients and cook until there is no liquid left.
Try to avoid mixing or stirring, if you must stir then do it gently.
The chutney is ready when there is no liquid left..
