Tandoori Chicken Sandwich
Tandoori Chicken Sandwich:
4 pieces of cooked chicken tandoori..Pull out the meat from 4 drumsticks of cooked tandoori chicken.
4 slices of bread
2 tbsp honey garlic sauce or any sweet sauce
1/3 cup olive oil
In a non stick frying pan, add the olive oil and cook the onion until golden brown.
Then remove the onions from the pan and reduce the oil, and use the same pan to continue with the cooking.
Put back the onion in the pan and add the pulled out chicken as well. Add the honey garlic sauce and cook for a minute.
Now keep aside the mixture and prepare the slices of bread by spreading mayonnaise on them.
Next add the lettuce and the chicken mixture on two slices of bread and cover with the remaining slices of bread to make sandwiches.
