(keema and omelette) Sandwich
3 eggs..beaten, add salt and ground black pepper to the beaten eggs.
1/2 cup cooked keema (minced meat)
Olive oil for cooking the eggs
Slices of bread
Mix the beaten eggs and the cooked keema together, add some salt, ground black pepper then make an omelette.
Take two slices of bread, spread mayonnaise over the slices.
Then place the omelette on one slice, cover the egg with the lettuce and cover with the other slice to make a sandwich.
You can make two sandwiches or three depending on how much egg you put on one sandwich.
